What is a "player version" jersey?

Player version jerseys are constructed to the highest standards — the same cut and fabric quality as the shirts worn by professionals on the pitch. This means an athletic fit, embroidered crests, precise font placement, and premium-grade fabric. Every jersey at Deadball Vault is player version quality.

What is the quality like?

Our jerseys are sourced from the most reputable suppliers in Southeast Asia, using Thai 1:1 construction — widely considered the gold standard for player version football jerseys. The fabric, crest embroidery, fonts, and cuts are crafted with exceptional attention to detail. Many of our customers say they exceed their expectations.

Do the retro jerseys come with player names and numbers?

Our Retro Jerseys collection is no-print only — clean kits, no name, no number. This is intentional: these jerseys are designed to be worn as streetwear and collector pieces. Our Legends Jerseys collection comes with the legend's name and number already printed.

Can I request a specific player name on a jersey?

Currently we don't offer custom printing. Our Legends Jerseys come with the print already applied. Follow us on Instagram for updates on future customisation options.

Sizing

What size should I order?

Player version jerseys run athletic and fitted. If you're between sizes or prefer a relaxed fit, we recommend sizing up. Check our full Size Guide for detailed measurements in cm and inches.

Do you offer kids sizes?

Not currently. We stock adult sizes S through 2XL only.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from Bali, Indonesia.

How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery times from Bali:

• Southeast Asia — 5 to 10 business days
• Australia / Japan / South Korea — 7 to 14 business days
• Europe / UK — 10 to 21 business days
• USA / Canada — 10 to 21 business days
• Rest of world — 14 to 28 business days

Import duties and customs fees vary by country and are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.

Returns & Issues

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. To initiate a return, contact us at contact@deadballvault.com with your order number and reason for return.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will resolve it immediately — either with a replacement or a full refund.
